Monday –  Holiday

Tuesday – Students will participate in the lecture and take notes on Section 2, of Chapter 1. They will also work on the Things to Remember worksheet.

Wednesday – Students will participate in the lecture and take notes over Section 3 of Chapter 1, and work on the Important Concepts worksheet.

Thursday – Students will work on the Famous People and Avoiding Stereotypes worksheets and finish up any unfinished worksheets.

Friday – Students will take the CHAPTER 1  OPEN BOOK TEST on the Importance of Ethics in Communication.

January 10 – 14, 2011

Monday – Student assignment:  the “Who Am I?” collage Speech

Tuesday – Students continue working on the “Who Am I?” collage Speech

Wednesday – Students deliver the “Who Am I?” collage Speech

Thursday – Students take notes and participate in the lecture over Chapter 1, Section 1, Building Responsibility.

Friday – General Vocabulary & New Speech Terms worksheets

Monday –  Discuss Syllabus, assign seating charts, copy the Respect Essay

Tuesday –  Cover Mr. Brown’s List of Suggestions, turn in paper work, take the Personality Quiz

Wednesday – Assign partners for Introductory Speech. Introductory Speech guidelines

Thursday – Work on Introductory Speech

Friday –  Give Introductory Speech
